Basic Disclosure Policy

IGNIS LTD. (hereafter, ‘the Company’) makes every effort to provide all of its shareholders and investors with information in a timely fashion and on the basis of clarity, fairness, and consistency.
In addition to working to disclose the information required by the stipulations of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the Timely Disclosure Rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the Company makes every effort to disclose information in a timely and positive manner that, in the judgment of the Company, will be useful to investors in understanding the Company.

Disclosure Method

The disclosure of information subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules is, in accordance with the Rules, made publicly available on the timely disclosure system provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TDnet).
The information made public in this way is, as a general rule, published on the Company’s IR website in a timely fashion.
Moreover, the Company makes every effort to ensure that information that is not subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules is also accurately and speedily transmitted to all of its investors by means of the distribution of documentation or by posting the information on its IR website.

Please be aware that there may be cases in which the disclosure of such information on the IR site is delayed as a result of system problems, publication issues, or other factors.

In addition to the financial results forecasts that the Company provides to the Tokyo Stock Exchange, on which its shares are listed, there may be circumstances in which the Company makes forward-looking statements in other ways in relation to its future earnings outlook and performance.

The Company observes a quiet period from the day following the final day of the accounting period until the day of the announcement of the business results for the period to prevent information about the financial results being leaked and to ensure fairness.
The Company refrains from commenting or responding to questions about its financial results during this period.
