At the board of directors meeting held on October 31, 2018, IGNIS LTD. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Qian Kun; hereinafter “IGNIS”) decided that our subsidiary Pulse Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Qian Kun; hereinafter “Pluse”) will participate in the Voistar project promoted by Nippon Television Network Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoshio Okubo).

What is the Voistar project?

A project jointly conducted by Yasushi Akimoto and Nippon Television Network Corporation to produce a voice actor group.
In addition to voice actor in animation, we aim the group to engage in a wide range of activities, including live performances and events.
In October 2018, the 1st term group was established as “High School Children” from the audition program “Kimimote Rodge.”

Reasons for participation

By combining the leading-edge technologies including VR, AR, marketing, talent discovery, and management capabilities of Pulse, we aim to provide innovative entertainment content that is unprecedented.

Specific information on the project

Pulse Inc. agreed to manage the first term group “High School Children.”
We will continue to consider several projects of the Voistar project, and plan to disclose information as soon as it will be determined.
